Laurie Saroff is the founder and president of Capitol Dome Strategies, a boutique government relations and strategic consulting firm that helps individuals and organizations navigate Washington, build bipartisan support, and turn their priorities into compelling stories for policymakers. Her clients include celebrities, influencers and nonprofit organizations. She spent over 20 years on Capitol HIll in both the House and Senate as Chief of Staff and a Senior Policy Advisor. She is the founder of the Capitol Jewish Women's Network to connect and support Jewish women working in policy and politics. Additionally, she is the co-President of the California State Society.
